ElitePro Detailing Cancellation Policy

At ElitePro Detailing, we are committed to providing exceptional service and maintaining a fair schedule for all our clients and technicians. To ensure smooth operations, we have established the following cancellation policy:

  1. Non-Refundable Deposit
  2. A 10% deposit is required to secure your spot in our schedule. This deposit is non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation or rescheduling.
  3. Cancellations Within 48 Hours
  4. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled service, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. This fee helps cover the time and resources reserved for your appointment.
  5. Cancellation After Reschedule Policy
    If an appointment is rescheduled one or more times and is subsequently cancelled, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. This policy helps us account for the resources and time allocated to accommodate your scheduling changes.
  6. No-Call, No-Show Policy
  7. Failing to show up for your appointment without prior notification will result in a charge of the full service amount. This policy ensures fairness to our team and other clients who may have wanted the appointment slot.
