ElitePro Detailing Cancellation Policy
At ElitePro Detailing, we are committed to providing exceptional service and maintaining a fair schedule for all our clients and technicians. To ensure smooth operations, we have established the following cancellation policy:
- Non-Refundable Deposit
- A 10% deposit is required to secure your spot in our schedule. This deposit is non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation or rescheduling.
- Cancellations Within 48 Hours
- If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled service, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. This fee helps cover the time and resources reserved for your appointment.
- Cancellation After Reschedule Policy
If an appointment is rescheduled one or more times and is subsequently cancelled, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. This policy helps us account for the resources and time allocated to accommodate your scheduling changes. - No-Call, No-Show Policy
- Failing to show up for your appointment without prior notification will result in a charge of the full service amount. This policy ensures fairness to our team and other clients who may have wanted the appointment slot.
We understand that emergencies can arise, and we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible if you need to adjust your appointment. By booking with ElitePro Detailing, you agree to these terms.

ElitePro Terms of Services
Elite Pro Detailing
- ElitePro Detailing is a mobile-based vehicle detailing unit with an in-person shop that delivers vehicle value preservation and exterior paint enhancement to residents throughout the state.
- You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
- If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to {admin@eliteprodetailings.com}.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
